Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone who accesses the AA Prestige Corp website, client portal, AI specialists, community spaces, or educational materials (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to follow this AUP and our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, income, assets, or any other material fact to AA Prestige, lenders, regulators, banks, or other third parties.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, or structuring.
• Apply for credit, funding, or licensing using false, stolen, or synthetic identities (including “CPNs,” synthetic SSNs, or unauthorized EINs).
• Engage in or solicit credit repair, tradeline rental, file segregation, or any activity prohibited by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.
• Submit malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any authentication, rate-limiting, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or systematically download Services content except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Services or any AI output to train or fine-tune a competing AI model, product, or service.
• Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or stalk any person.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that exploits minors.
• Resell, sublicense, share login credentials for, or publicly redistribute the Services, frameworks, templates, recordings, or AI outputs.
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

2. AI Specialist Use

AI specialists are educational and productivity tools. You agree (a) not to submit sensitive personal data of third parties without lawful basis, (b) not to attempt to manipulate the AI into producing unlawful, infringing, or unsafe content, (c) not to present AI output as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice, and (d) to independently verify any AI suggestion before relying on it.

3. Community & Communications

Within client community spaces, you agree to treat other members and staff with respect, keep discussions on-topic, and refrain from soliciting other members for unrelated offers, MLM recruitment, or competing services. We may remove content or members that violate this AUP.

4. Security Reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it confidentially to security@aaprestige.org. Do not exploit the vulnerability, access data that is not yours, or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve and disclose information as required by law, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Termination for material violation of this AUP is without refund. You remain liable for any damage caused by your violation.
