Electronic Signature & Records Consent

Effective January 1, 2026

This Electronic Signature and Electronic Records Disclosure and Consent ("E-SIGN Consent") applies to communications, agreements, and disclosures ("Records") between AA Prestige Corp ("we," "us," "our") and you when you enroll in a program, submit forms, or use our client portal.

1. Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures

By checking the acknowledgment boxes and typing your name during enrollment, or by clicking an "I Agree," "Sign," or similar button, you affirmatively consent to (a) receive Records in electronic form and (b) use electronic signatures in place of handwritten signatures. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

2. Scope

This consent covers, without limitation: consulting engagement agreements, Schedules, addenda, invoices, receipts, disclosures, privacy notices, refund and cancellation notices, service updates, and any other document reasonably related to our services.

3. Method of Delivery

Records will be delivered by any of: (i) the email address on file, (ii) posting to our client portal, (iii) display within the checkout or enrollment flow prior to payment, (iv) SMS where you have opted in, or (v) any other electronic means we reasonably employ.

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

  • A device with an active internet connection.
  • A current version of a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
  • An email account capable of receiving messages from aaprestige.org.
  • Software to view PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Reader or an in-browser viewer).
  • Local storage or the ability to print for retaining copies of Records.

5. Retaining Copies

You may download, save, or print any Record we provide electronically. Upon written request to AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM, we will provide a paper copy for a reasonable administrative fee.

6. Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your email, phone, and mailing address current. Update them in your portal profile or by emailing us.

7. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM with the subject "Withdraw E-SIGN Consent." Withdrawal is prospective only and does not affect the validity of Records signed or delivered before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to provide services electronically and may require termination of the engagement.

8. Acceptance Log

When you complete enrollment we securely record the acceptance timestamp (UTC), the IP address of the device used, the browser user-agent, the version of the agreement text presented, and the typed signature name. This record is retained for at least seven (7) years and is available to you on request.
