Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how cancellations are handled, and the rules for chargebacks. It applies to all consulting programs and digital systems purchased from AA Prestige Corp and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. 30-Day Cancellation Window

Clients may request cancellation within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase by submitting a written request to billing@aaprestige.org from the email address on file, along with the order number and a brief explanation.

• Refund requests are reviewed individually.
• Refunds are prorated for consulting sessions already consumed and digital systems already delivered. See Section 4.
• Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

2. Our Programs

• Personal Foundation ($3,000) — Four private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for three months.
• Personal Growth ($6,000) — Eight private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for six months.
• Personal Freedom ($9,000) — Twelve private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for twelve months.
• Business Foundation ($5,000) — Eight private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for six months.
• Business Growth ($10,000) — Twelve private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for twelve months.
• Business Executive ($15,000) — Sixteen private 60-minute consulting sessions of 60 minutes each; customer-support access for twelve months.

3. Digital Systems

Each program's digital system is delivered electronically and is typically accessible immediately upon payment. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive statutory rights of withdrawal where legally permitted. The fair-market value of any digital system already delivered is deducted from a refund.

4. Prorated Refunds for Consulting Sessions

Within the 30-day cancellation window, refunds are prorated based on consulting sessions already consumed and digital systems already delivered:

• Refund amount = program fee, less the pro-rata value of sessions completed and any digital system delivered.
• Sessions are valued on a pro-rata basis (program fee ÷ total included sessions).
• After the 30-day window, or after all included sessions have been completed, the program fee is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email billing@aaprestige.org from the address on file with your order number and a brief explanation. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via our merchant processor.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation, including signed agreements, delivery records, login activity, and session attendance. A client whose chargeback is reversed remains responsible for the original fees plus reasonable processing and recovery costs.

7. Cancellation by AA Prestige

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement at any time for cause (including breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, abusive conduct, or legal compliance reasons). In such cases a pro-rata refund is issued for unused consulting sessions and any digital system not yet delivered, except where termination is due to your material breach.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Disclaimer: AA Prestige provides education, consulting, planning, documentation support, implementation guidance, and accountability. We do not guarantee credit-score changes, card approvals, credit limits, financing, interest rates, debt reduction, revenue, or any other financial outcome.

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this policy. Dissatisfaction with results, third-party decisions, or outcomes is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.
