Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how cancellations are handled, and the rules for chargebacks. It applies to all programs, subscriptions, and digital materials purchased from AA Prestige Corp and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Our Services

AA Prestige provides consulting, coaching, education, and strategic advisory services with significant upfront resource allocation. Many deliverables (digital materials, portal access, scheduling, intake, strategy preparation) are released immediately upon payment. Refund availability reflects the work already performed and the materials already delivered.

2. Educational & Digital Materials

Educational digital materials (guides, templates, frameworks, recorded curricula) are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon payment. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive statutory rights of withdrawal where legally permitted. Digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Consulting Programs (Starter, Foundation/Growth, Professional/Elite)

Refunds for unused 1-hour consulting sessions are available on a pro-rata basis:

• Before any session is held: refund of the consulting portion, less the fair-market value of any educational materials already delivered and a 10% administrative fee.
• After 1–2 sessions: 50% pro-rata refund of remaining unused sessions.
• After 3 or more sessions: no refund; remaining sessions remain available within your program window.

4. Executive / Legacy / Concierge Engagements

Executive-level engagements involve significant upfront strategy, intake, and implementation resources. Refunds are available only before implementation work begins, less a 15% mobilization fee. After implementation work begins, fees are non-refundable; unused consulting sessions follow the pro-rata schedule above.

5. Monthly Advisory & AI Memberships

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the billing portal or by email. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date. Monthly subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. Annual plans, if offered, are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days.

6. Funding Readiness Consulting (Success-Based Fees)

• If no funding is secured, no success-based consulting fee is charged.
• Once funding is secured and the success-based consulting fee has been earned, it is non-refundable, as the consulting service has been fully performed.
• Any separate consulting, optimization, or onboarding fee disclosed and paid upfront is refundable only for work not yet performed, pro-rata, less the value of deliverables already provided.
• We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with a lender's decision, amount, rate, or terms, as those decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders.

7. Cryptocurrency & Alternative-Asset Payments

Where a purchase is paid in cryptocurrency or approved alternative assets, refunds (when eligible under this policy) are issued in U.S. dollars by ACH or bank transfer based on the U.S. dollar amount AA Prestige actually received from the on-ramp provider or dealer at the time of payment, net of network, conversion, dealer premium, shipping, and verification fees. We do not refund changes in market value of any cryptocurrency or precious metal.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email billing@aaprestige.org or AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM from the address on file with your order number and a brief explanation. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via our merchant processor.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation, including signed agreements, delivery records, login activity, and session attendance. A client whose chargeback is reversed remains responsible for the original fees plus reasonable processing and recovery costs.

10. Cancellation by AA Prestige

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement at any time for cause (including breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, abusive conduct, or legal compliance reasons). In such cases a pro-rata refund is issued for unused consulting sessions and any unearned upfront fees, except where termination is due to your material breach.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Disclaimer: AA Prestige Corp provides consulting, coaching, advisory, and educational services only. AA Prestige Corp is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, CPA firm, credit repair organization, precious metals dealer, cryptocurrency exchange, or financial institution. No specific approval, funding amount, credit score increase, business result, financial result, or investment outcome is guaranteed. Results vary by client.

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this policy. Dissatisfaction with results, third-party decisions, or market outcomes is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.
