AA Prestige Corp (“AA Prestige,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you visit aaprestige.org, communicate with us, enroll in a consulting program, or access our client portal and digital materials.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company, role, goals).
- Account & portal data (login credentials, profile, uploaded documents, session notes, deliverables).
- Billing information processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and cryptocurrency on-ramp providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers, bank account numbers, or wallet private keys on our systems.
- Communications (emails, SMS, support tickets, recorded consulting sessions when disclosed).
- Technical data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referral source) collected via cookies and standard analytics tools.
2. How We Use Information
- Deliver consulting, education, and advisory services you have purchased.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Verify identity and comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and tax laws.
- Communicate about scheduling, deliverables, support, and account updates.
- Improve our website, content, and program experience.
- Send marketing communications you have opted into (you may opt out at any time).
3. Legal Bases (where applicable)
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data under the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest (improving and securing our services), consent (marketing and optional cookies), and legal obligation (tax, AML, audit).
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- Payment processors and cryptocurrency on-ramp providers required to complete transactions.
- Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email, analytics, customer support) under written confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure; you use the service at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
Engagement records, billing records, and AML/compliance records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Portal documents are retained for the life of the engagement plus one (1) year unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. By using our services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
