Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, educational materials, websites, and client portal provided by AA Prestige Corp (“AA Prestige,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, enrolling in a program, booking a session, or accessing any digital material, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer.

1. Who We Are

AA Prestige Corp is a consulting and education firm that helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners organize their financial profiles, understand responsible credit and debt management, prepare for potential financing opportunities, and execute structured personal and business growth strategies.

We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, CPA firm, or credit repair organization (as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act). We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or financial advisory services, and we do not guarantee funding, credit approvals, results, or outcomes. All funding, credit, investment, and legal decisions are made solely by you and by independent third parties. See our Compliance & Client Disclosure for a complete list of services we do and do not provide.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Fees & Payment Methods

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and shown on the Programs page. Program fees are payable in full at enrollment unless a written payment plan is agreed in advance. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit card (processed by PCI-DSS compliant merchant processors) — our primary payment method.
  • ACH and bank wire transfer, where enabled.

AA Prestige does not store full card numbers or full bank account numbers. Payment processors are independent third parties governed by their own terms.

5. Digital System Delivery

Each program's digital system is delivered electronically, typically within minutes of successful payment, via secure download link and client-portal access. Live sessions are scheduled following enrollment and onboarding and are conducted by video conference or phone. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive any statutory rights of withdrawal where legally permitted.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
  • Attend scheduled sessions; sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
  • Comply with all applicable laws when applying for credit, funding, licensing, or any third-party program.
  • You are solely responsible for any application you submit to a lender, regulator, or other third party, for your use of any capital obtained, and for repaying all amounts owed to third parties.
  • Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Chargebacks

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Disclaimer: AA Prestige provides education, consulting, planning, documentation support, implementation guidance, and accountability. We do not guarantee credit-score changes, card approvals, credit limits, financing, interest rates, debt reduction, revenue, or any other financial outcome.

Consulting services and educational materials are provided “as is.” Approvals, limits, rates, and terms are determined solely by independent third parties. Examples, figures, and case studies are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of results.

9. Third-Party Providers

Certain separately disclosed services may be performed by independent third-party providers. Before information is shared or a third-party service begins, the client must receive the provider's identity, service description, applicable agreement, data-sharing authorization, pricing or compensation disclosure, and customer-support information.

Third-party providers are responsible for their own services and decisions. Referring or coordinating with a third party does not create a guarantee of any result.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, frameworks, methodologies, templates, recordings, written deliverables, and other content provided by AA Prestige remain our exclusive intellectual property or that of our licensors. Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials internally for your own use. Redistribution, resale, public republication, removal of attribution, or use of our materials to create a competing product or service is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information exchanged during the engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or relates to information that is independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or publicly available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA Prestige's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any engagement or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. AA Prestige is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AA Prestige, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the services, (b) your breach of these Terms or any law, or (c) any application you submit to a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, for fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, confidentiality, limits of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Palm Beach County, Florida, on an individual (non-class) basis. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, utility or internet outages, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party providers. The affected party will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

17. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in, you may receive customer-care messages (appointment reminders, scheduling, document requests, onboarding follow-ups). Message frequency varies (up to ~5 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients or by prominent notice on the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
