Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

We stand behind the quality of our consulting, education, and business development services. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellations are handled. It complements our Terms & Conditions and Fulfillment Policy.

1. General Refund Terms

Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services, refunds may be limited once onboarding, consultations, digital materials, strategy delivery, portal access, or implementation work has begun.

2. Educational & Digital Materials

Educational digital materials (guides, templates, frameworks, recorded curricula) are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon payment. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive statutory rights of withdrawal where legally permitted. Digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Consulting Sessions — Silver & Gold

Refunds for unused 1-hour consulting sessions are available on a pro-rata basis:

  • Before any session is held: refund of the consulting portion, less the fair-market value of any educational materials already delivered.
  • After 1–2 sessions: 50% pro-rata refund of remaining unused sessions.
  • After 3 or more sessions: no refund; remaining sessions remain available within your program window.

4. Platinum (Consulting + Implementation)

Platinum engagements involve significant upfront resource allocation. Refunds are available only before implementation work begins, less a 15% mobilization fee. After implementation work begins, Platinum fees are non-refundable; unused consulting sessions follow the Silver/Gold pro-rata schedule above.

5. Funding Readiness Consulting (Success-Based Fees)

For funding readiness consulting, success-based consulting fees may apply only upon successful funding through third-party lending relationships.

  • If no funding is secured, no success-based consulting fee is charged.
  • Once funding is secured and the success-based consulting fee has been earned, it is non-refundable, as the consulting service has been fully performed.
  • Any separate consulting, optimization, or onboarding fee disclosed and paid upfront is refundable only for work not yet performed, pro-rata, less the value of deliverables already provided.
  • We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with a lender's decision, amount, rate, or terms, as those decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM from the address on file with your order number and a brief explanation. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via our merchant processor.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation. A client whose chargeback is reversed remains responsible for the original fees plus reasonable processing costs.

8. Cancellation by AA Prestige Corp

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement at any time for cause (including breach of our Terms or unprofessional conduct). In such cases a pro-rata refund is issued for unused consulting sessions and any unearned upfront fees.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Disclaimer: AA Prestige Corp provides consulting, educational, and business development services only. We do not guarantee approvals, funding amounts, score increases, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on client participation, profile, and independent third-party decisions.

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this policy. Dissatisfaction with results is not, by itself, a basis for a refund. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
