Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, educational materials, and content provided by AA Prestige Corp (“AA Prestige Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a program, booking a session, engaging us for consulting, or accessing any digital material, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

AA Prestige Corp is a personal and business consulting and education company. We provide consulting, education, business development, profile organization, operational optimization, and funding readiness consulting. We are not a bank, lender, broker, law firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, or a credit repair organization as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not extend credit, originate funding, or provide credit repair or debt relief. All funding and credit decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders and financial institutions based on your own qualifications.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following consulting and education services, described on the Services and Programs pages:

• Consulting Programs — Foundation ($5,000), Professional ($10,000), and Executive ($15,000), each including a defined number of consulting and education sessions and educational deliverables.
• Profile Organization & Optimization — educational guidance to organize documentation and strengthen operational and financial positioning.
• Business Development & Operational Optimization — consulting to help structure and scale operations.
• Funding Readiness Consulting — preparation and education to help you pursue potential third-party funding opportunities, including SBA-related and commercial lending programs.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Consulting programs are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Success-based consulting fees. For funding readiness consulting, success-based consulting fees may apply only upon successful funding through third-party lending relationships. If no funding is secured, no success-based consulting fee is owed. Any consulting, optimization, or onboarding fees disclosed to you in writing before engagement are separate from and in addition to any success-based fee.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party merchant processors. AA Prestige Corp does not store full payment-card data on its systems. You authorize the applicable charges and represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.

4. Digital Material Delivery

Educational digital materials (guides, templates, frameworks, recordings) are delivered electronically within minutes of successful payment via secure download link and client-portal access. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, are waived once access has been granted.

5. Consulting Sessions

Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of enrollment (Foundation), 180 days (Professional), or 12 months (Executive). Unused sessions outside these windows expire without refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. You are solely responsible for any application you submit to a lender or other third party, for your use of any credit or capital obtained, and for repaying all amounts owed to third parties. You agree not to use any service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent information to any institution.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Disclaimer: AA Prestige Corp provides consulting, coaching, advisory, and educational services only. AA Prestige Corp is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, CPA firm, credit repair organization, precious metals dealer, cryptocurrency exchange, or financial institution. No specific approval, funding amount, credit score increase, business result, financial result, or investment outcome is guaranteed. Results vary by client.

Consulting services and educational materials are provided “as is.” Approvals, limits, rates, and terms are determined solely by independent third-party lenders. Examples, figures, and testimonials are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of results.

8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, recordings, and written deliverables remain the intellectual property of AA Prestige Corp. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally. Redistribution, resale, or public republication is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat information exchanged during the engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or relates to information that is independently developed or publicly available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA Prestige Corp's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients. Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. SMS Consent Communication. The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications. If you have consented to receive text messages from AA Prestige Corp, you may receive messages related to customer care, including appointment reminders, consulting session scheduling, document requests, onboarding follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries. Example: “Hello, this is AA Prestige Corp. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from AA PRESTIGE.”

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to conversational customer-care purposes.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from AA Prestige Corp verbally during a conversation. We obtain consent verbally by asking: “Do you agree to receive customer-care text messages from AA Prestige? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://aaprestige.org. To opt out at any time, text STOP. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”

6. Opt-Out Method. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help. If you are experiencing any issues, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at AA.PRESTIGECORP@GMAIL.COM.

14. Alternative Asset Payment Terms

AA Prestige Corp may accept approved alternative assets, including gold, silver, Bitcoin, or Ethereum, as payment for eligible consulting programs. All program prices are denominated in U.S. Dollars. For precious metals payments, the consulting payment consideration is based on the client's documented purchase amount paid to the third-party precious metals dealer for the approved order, as shown on the dealer invoice, not on future changes in market value.

The client is responsible for all dealer premiums, shipping costs, insurance, taxes, transfer fees, verification fees, and any related costs. Payment is not considered fully completed until the approved asset has been received, verified, and accepted by AA Prestige Corp.

AA Prestige Corp does not sell precious metals, broker precious metals, control dealer pricing, provide investment advice, or guarantee the future value of any asset used for payment. Dealer links are provided for convenience only and are not endorsements.

Consulting services may begin after AA Prestige Corp receives satisfactory proof of purchase and shipment, but AA Prestige Corp reserves the right to pause or limit services until final receipt and verification of the asset.
